as was recently written, is every Tuesday and Friday at 5 clock reveille to begin promptly at 6 clock the swimming training.
Today was that time again. And to give it to me, believe that I can really get up so early to train, while I had the camera.
still pitch dark just before the start of training. I think the fatigue seen me :-)
wide awake after the workout! But cold below 10 degrees! Which is not to bright ..
On the way home you can enjoy the beautiful sunrise.
Thomson Peak, about which we have finally completed the long Trailrun. Have still Sparrows run off the downhill.
