I congratulate Ricardo Lumengo (SP) to thank for the successful election to the National Council immediately! To be honest I had not thought him capable of this success, when I met him recently in the Jus-library. No joke: it was just the choice list to be completed, and - unlike many other Candidates - he was not only his own name on the cumulative list, but also potential internal party competitors. Chapeau! Sure, I told him that my voice was not able to provide (for he is in the wrong party), but I am delighted about this new representative of the canton of Bern.
