I'm back from the Wild West! And it was very cool! is
my arm now it keeps getting better! However, a "real" training is, unfortunately, still waiting. Especially swimming will take a long time ... but I can anyway ;-)
Locker jogging (so the arm stays calm) and sit on the exercise bike (can stop me support with one arm) goes again!
And like the last two years already, was also this year announced extremely Off Season!
